Moses, I have chosen these Levites from all Israel, and they will belong to me in a special way. If we can serve others, we should serve. If we can teach, we should teach.


You Gentiles are no longer strangers and foreigners. You are citizens with everyone else who belongs to the family of God.


Give these gifts to the priests, because the Lord has chosen them and their descendants out of all the tribes of Israel to be his special servants at the place of worship.


If he were here on earth, he would not be a priest at all, because here the Law appoints other priests to offer sacrifices.
