and opening his mouth, he taught them, saying:


Then, after John was handed over, Jesus went into Galilee, preaching the Gospel of the kingdom of God,


And the entire city was gathered together at the door.


And when they had found him, they said to him, "For everyone is seeking you."


But having departed, he began to preach and to disseminate the word, so that he was no longer able to openly enter a city, but had to remain outside, in deserted places. And they were gathered to him from every direction.


And after some days, he again entered into Capernaum.


And he departed again to the sea. And the entire crowd came to him, and he taught them.


And Jesus, going out, saw a great multitude. And he took pity on them, because they were like sheep without a shepherd, and he began to teach them many things.


Then, as great crowds were standing so close that they were stepping on one another, he began to say to his disciples: "Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.


And it happened, on a certain day, that he again sat down, teaching. And there were Pharisees and doctors of the law sitting nearby, who had come from every town of Galilee and Judea and Jerusalem. And the power of the Lord was present, to heal them.


And it happened afterwards that he was making a journey through the cities and towns, preaching and evangelizing the kingdom of God. And the twelve were with him,


Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.


And some of them, having been dispersed by the persecution that had occurred under Stephen, traveled around, even to Phoenicia and Cyprus and Antioch, speaking the Word to no one, except to Jews only.


And from there, they sailed to Antioch, where they had been commended to the grace of God for the work which they had now accomplished.


Then, while crossing through Phrygia and the region of Galatia, they were prevented by the Holy Spirit from speaking the Word in Asia.


And indeed, after testifying and speaking the Word of the Lord, they returned to Jerusalem, and they evangelized the many regions of the Samaritans.


But what does Scripture say? "The word is near, in your mouth and in your heart." This is the word of faith, which we are preaching.


that you should preach the word urgently, in season and out of season: reprove, entreat, rebuke, with all patience and doctrine.
