In the beginning, God created heaven and earth.


And God created man to his own image; to the image of God he created him; male and female, he created them.


He created them, male and female; and he blessed them. And he called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.


For those days shall have such tribulations as have not been since the beginning of the creation that God founded, even until now, and shall not be.


For unseen things about him have been made conspicuous, since the creation of the world, being understood by the things that were made; likewise his everlasting virtue and divinity, so much so that they have no excuse.


saying: "Where is his promise or his advent? For from the time that the fathers have slept, all things have continued just as they were from the beginning of creation."
