It is sufficient for the disciple that he be like his teacher, and the servant, like his master. If they have called the Father of the family, 'Beelzebub,' how much more those of his household?


Then one who had a demon, who was blind and mute, was brought to him. And he cured him, so that he spoke and saw.


And reports of him went out to all of Syria, and they brought to him all those who had maladies, those who were in the grasp of various sicknesses and torments, and those who were in the hold of demons, and the mentally ill, and paralytics. And he cured them.


But the Pharisees said, "By the prince of demons does he cast out demons."


Then many of them were saying: "He has a demon or he is insane. Why do you listen him?"


Why are you seeking to kill me?" The crowd responded and said: "You must have a demon. Who is seeking to kill you?"


Therefore, the Jews responded and said to him, "Are we not correct in saying that you are a Samaritan, and that you have a demon?"
