the man of God became angry against him. And he said: "If you had struck five or six or seven times, you would have struck down Syria, even until it was consumed. But now you will strike it three times."


And so, the woman went and closed the door upon herself and her sons. They were bringing her the vessels, and she was pouring into them.


And he did not work many miracles there, because of their unbelief.


And they all ate and were satisfied. And they took up the remnants: twelve baskets full of fragments.

Then he touched their eyes, saying, "According to your faith, so let it be done for you."


And the entire crowd was trying to touch him, because power went out from him and healed all.


Then, when they were filled, he said to his disciples, "Gather the fragments that are left over, lest they be lost."


And the manna ceased after they ate from the grain of the land. And the sons of Israel no longer made use of that food. Instead, they ate from the grain of the present year, from the land of Canaan.
