And he walked in the way of Asa his father, and turned not aside from it, doing that which was right in the eyes of Jehovah.


And Josiah took away all the abominations out of all the countries that pertained to the children of Israel, and made all that were found in Israel to serve, even to serve Jehovah their God. All his days they departed not from following Jehovah, the God of their fathers.\par


I have not turned aside from thine ordinances;\par\tab For thou hast taught me.


As for the works of men, by the word of thy lips\par\tab I have kept me from the ways of the violent.

Then was the king exceeding glad, and commanded that they should take Daniel up out of the den. So Daniel was taken up out of the den, and no manner of hurt was found upon him, because he had trusted in his God.\par


Herein I also exercise myself to have a conscience void of offence toward God and men always.
