How are they become a desolation in a moment!\par\tab They are utterly consumed with terrors.


Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night,\par\tab Nor for the arrow that flieth by day;


When your fear cometh as a storm,\par\tab And your calamity cometh on as a whirlwind;\par\tab When distress and anguish come upon you.


In righteousness shalt thou be established: thou shalt be far from oppression, for thou shalt not fear; and from terror, for it shall not come near thee.


But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig-tree; and none shall make them afraid: for the mouth of Jehovah of hosts hath spoken it.


And I will encamp about my house against the army, that none pass through or return; and no oppressor shall pass through them any more: for now have I seen with mine eyes.\par

But even if ye should suffer for righteousness' sake, blessed {\i are ye}: {\b and fear not their fear, neither be troubled};
