O Jehovah, how manifold are thy works! In wisdom hast thou made them all: The earth is full of thy riches.


I will give thanks unto thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: Wonderful are thy works; And that my soul knoweth right well.


The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works; There is none that doeth good.


Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding; Whose trappings must be bit and bridle to hold them in, Else they will not come near unto thee.


For he shall see it. Wise men die; The fool and the brutish alike perish, And leave their wealth to others.


So brutish was I, and ignorant; I was as a beast before thee.


I said unto the arrogant, Deal not arrogantly; And to the wicked, Lift not up the horn:


Consider, ye brutish among the people; And ye fools, when will ye be wise?


How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity? And scoffers delight them in scoffing, And fools hate knowledge?


Wisdom is too high for a fool: He openeth not his mouth in the gate.


Surely I am more brutish than any man, And have not the understanding of a man;


The ox knoweth his owner, and the ass his master’s crib; but Israel doth not know, my people doth not consider.


This also cometh forth from Jehovah of hosts, who is wonderful in counsel, and excellent in wisdom.


For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.


Every man is become brutish and is without knowledge; every goldsmith is put to shame by his graven image; for his molten image is falsehood, and there is no breath in them.


great in counsel, and mighty in work; whose eyes are open upon all the ways of the sons of men, to give every one according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings;


But God said unto him, Thou foolish one, this night is thy soul required of thee; and the things which thou hast prepared, whose shall they be?


Now the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him; and he cannot know them, because they are spiritually judged.
