Terrors are turned upon me; They chase mine honor as the wind; And my welfare is passed away as a cloud.


Because of thine indignation and thy wrath: For thou hast taken me up, and cast me away.


My flesh trembleth for fear of thee; And I am afraid of thy judgments. ע AYIN.


How long, O Jehovah? wilt thou hide thyself for ever? How long shall thy wrath burn like fire?


Who knoweth the power of thine anger, And thy wrath according to the fear that is due unto thee?


For we are consumed in thine anger, And in thy wrath are we troubled.


By oppression and judgment he was taken away; and as for his generation, who among them considered that he was cut off out of the land of the living for the transgression of my people to whom the stroke was due?


And after the threescore and two weeks shall the anointed one be cut off, and shall have nothing: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and even unto the end shall be war; desolations are determined.
