With my whole heart have I sought thee: Oh let me not wander from thy commandments.


And see if there be any wicked way in me, And lead me in the way everlasting.


What man is he that feareth Jehovah? Him shall he instruct in the way that he shall choose.


The meek will he guide in justice; And the meek will he teach his way.


My foot standeth in an even place: In the congregations will I bless Jehovah.


Lead me, O Jehovah, in thy righteousness because of mine enemies; Make thy way straight before my face.


For there is no faithfulness in their mouth; Their inward part is very wickedness; Their throat is an open sepulchre; They flatter with their tongue.


He will requite the evil unto mine enemies: Destroy thou them in thy truth.


They search out iniquities; We have accomplished, say they, a diligent search: And the inward thought and the heart of every one is deep.


Teach me thy way, O Jehovah; I will walk in thy truth: Unite my heart to fear thy name.


The way of the sluggard is as a hedge of thorns; But the path of the upright is made a highway.


They are all plain to him that understandeth, And right to them that find knowledge.


And a highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for the redeemed: the wayfaring men, yea fools, shall not err therein.


For I have heard the defaming of many, terror on every side. Denounce, and we will denounce him, say all my familiar friends, they that watch for my fall; peradventure he will be persuaded, and we shall prevail against him, and we shall take our revenge on him.


And they watched him, and sent forth spies, who feigned themselves to be righteous, that they might take hold of his speech, so as to deliver him up to the rule and to the authority of the governor.
