He stretcheth out the north over empty space, And hangeth the earth upon nothing.


Thy faithfulness is unto all generations: Thou hast established the earth, and it abideth.


To him that spread forth the earth above the waters; For his lovingkindness endureth for ever:


For he hath founded it upon the seas, And established it upon the floods.


For he spake, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast.


Jehovah reigneth; he is clothed with majesty; Jehovah is clothed with strength; he hath girded himself therewith: The world also is established, that it cannot be moved.


Say among the nations, Jehovah reigneth: The world also is established that it cannot be moved: He will judge the peoples with equity.


When he gave to the sea its bound, That the waters should not transgress his commandment, When he marked out the foundations of the earth;


One generation goeth, and another generation cometh; but the earth abideth for ever.


But the day of the Lord will come as a thief; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall be dissolved with fervent heat, and the earth and the works that are therein shall be burned up.


And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat upon it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.


And the heaven was removed as a scroll when it is rolled up; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.


He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, He lifteth up the needy from the dunghill, To make them sit with princes, And inherit the throne of glory: For the pillars of the earth are Jehovah’s, And he hath set the world upon them.
