behold now, thy servant hath found favor in thy sight, and thou hast magnified thy lovingkindness, which thou hast showed unto me in saving my life; and I cannot escape to the mountain, lest evil overtake me, and I die:


And Sarah said, God hath made me to laugh; every one that heareth will laugh with me.


He maketh the barren woman to keep house, And to be a joyful mother of children. Praise ye Jehovah.


Let thy father and thy mother be glad, And let her that bare thee rejoice.


And thou shalt have joy and gladness; and many shall rejoice at his birth.


Thus hath the Lord done unto me in the days wherein he looked upon me, to take away my reproach among men.


Now Elisabeth’s time was fulfilled that she should be delivered; and she brought forth a son.
