¹ The Lord is King.\par So let the nations shake with fear.\par God sits as King above the Cherub angels. {\cf2\super [532]} \par So let the world shake with fear.\par

² The Lord in Zion {\cf2\super [533]} is great!\par He is the great leader over all people.\par

³ Let all the people praise your name.\par God’s name is awesome.\par God is holy.\par

⁴ The Powerful King loves justice.\par God, you made goodness.\par You brought goodness and fairness\par to Jacob (Israel).\par

⁵ Praise the Lord our God,\par and worship his holy footstool. {\cf2\super [534]} \par

⁶ Moses and Aaron were some of his priests.\par And Samuel was one of the men\par who called on his name.\par They prayed to the Lord,\par and he answered them.\par

⁷ God spoke from the tall cloud.\par They obeyed his commands.\par And God gave them the Law.\par

⁸ Lord our God, you answered their prayers.\par You showed them\par that you are a forgiving God and\par that you punish people\par for the bad things they do.\par

⁹ Praise the Lord our God.\par Bow down toward his holy mountain\par and worship him.\par The Lord our God is truly holy!\par
