“‘“Moreover, when y’all allot the land as an inheritance, y’all must offer an allotment to YHWH, a holy portion of the land. The length is to be the length of twenty-five thousand reeds, and the width ten thousand. It is to be holy in all its border all around.
Therefore you will have no one who divides the land by lot in YHWH’s assembly.
The land must be divided by lot. They will receive their inheritance according to the names of the tribes of their fathers.
The border will go down to the Jordan and end at the Salt Sea. This will be y’all’s land according to its borders on all sides.’”
Every place where the sole of your* foot treads will be y’all’s. Y’all’s territory will be from the wilderness to Lebanon, from the river Euphrates to the Mediterranean sea.
Now therefore divide this land for an inheritance to the nine tribes and the half-tribe of Manasseh.”
