“Where is the one who has been born King of the Jews? For we saw his star in its rising and have come to worship him.”


They put the charge against him over his head which read, “THIS IS JESUS, THE KING OF THE JEWS.”


and saying, “You who are going destroy the temple and build it in three days, save yourself! If you are the Son of God, come down from the cross!”


In the same way the chief priests, the scribes, and the elders, also mocked him, saying,


Likewise, the chief priests with the scribes mocked him among themselves saying, “He saved others. He can’t save himself.


Let this Christ, the King of Israel, now come down from the cross, so that we may see and believe.” Those who were crucified with him also insulted him.


“Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord [YHWH]! Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!”


The people stood by, watching. But the rulers ridiculed him, saying, “He saved others. Let him save himself, if this is the Christ of God, ʜɪꜱ Chosen One!”


saying, “If you are the King of the Jews, save yourself!”


Nathanael answered him, “Rabbi, you are the Son of God! You are King of Israel!”


they took the branches of the palm trees and went out to meet him, and cried out, “Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord, the King of Israel!”


If anyone listens to my sayings and doesn’t believe, I don’t judge that person. For I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.


So they called the man who had been blind a second time, and said to him, “Give glory to God. We know that this man is a sinner.”


And because they could see the man who was healed standing with them, they had nothing to say against this.
