Matthew 22:40
9 Tagairtí Cros

Therefore, whatever y’all want humans to do for y’all, y’all should do for them, for this is the law and the prophets.

For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

For the commandments, “You must not commit adultery,” “You must not murder,” “You must not steal,” “You must not covet,” and whatever other commandments there are, are all summed up in this saying, “Love your neighbor as yourself.”

For the whole law is fulfilled in this one statement: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”

But the goal of our instruction is love from a pure heart, a good conscience, and sincere faith.

However, if y’all fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture, “Love your neighbor as yourself,” y’all are doing right.
