The seed sown among the thorns is the one who hears the word, but the cares of this age and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word, making it unfruitful.
He said, “Truly I tell y’all, unless y’all turn around and become like little children, y’all will never enter into the Empire of Heaven.

Consider y’all’s calling, siblings. Not many were wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, and not many noble.
But y’all have dishonored the poor. Don’t the rich oppress y’all and personally drag y’all into court?
