After these things, someone said to Joseph, “Your father is weakening.” He took with him his two sons, Manasseh and Ephraim.


I will give them one heart and one way, that they may fear me forever, for their good and the good of their children after them.


Peter took him aside and began to rebuke him, saying, “Mercy, Lord! This will never happen to you.”


For there are eunuchs who were born that way from their mother’s womb, and there are eunuchs who were made eunuchs by humans, and there are eunuchs who made themselves eunuchs for the sake of Empire of Heaven. The one who is able to accept this should accept it.”


The crowd rebuked them, telling them that they should be quiet, but they cried out even more, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!”
