I set my face to the Lord God, to seek by prayer and petitions, with fasting and sackcloth and ashes.


Then it goes and takes with it seven other spirits more evil than itself, and they go in and dwell there. The final state of that human becomes worse than the first. This is the way it will for this evil generation.”


He said to them, “Because y’all have so little faith. For truly I tell y’all, if y’all have faith as small as a grain of mustard seed, y’all can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for y’all.”


When he came into the house, his disciples asked him privately, “Why couldn’t we cast it out?”


They went out from there and passed through Galilee. He didn’t want anyone to know,


Then it goes and takes seven other spirits more evil than itself, and they go in and live there, so the last state of that human becomes worse than the first.”


Paul and Barnabas appointed elders for them in every church, with prayer and fasting, they committed them to the Lord in whom they had believed.


Instead I beat my body and make it my slave, so that after I have preached to others, I myself should not be disqualified.


I have been in labor and hardship, through many sleepless nights, in hunger and thirst, often without food, and been cold and naked.


I pleaded with the Lord three times about this, that it would leave me.


in beatings, in imprisonments, in riots, in overwork, in sleepless nights, in hunger,


Pray at all times in the Spirit with every prayer and request, and be watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the saints.


And the prayer offered in faith will heal the sick person, and the Lord will raise them up. If they have committed sins, they will be forgiven.
