The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bow, to cast down the poor and needy, to kill those who are upright on the path.
YHWH said to Moses, “The man must put to death-death. All the congregation will stone him with stones outside of the camp.”
When they heard this, all the people in the synagogue were filled with rage.
I know that y’all are Abraham’s offspring, yet y’all are seeking to kill me, because my word finds no place in y’all.
But now y’all are seeking to kill me, a man who has told y’all the truth which I heard from God. Abraham didn’t do this.
At this, they picked up stones to throw at him, but Jesus hid himself and went out of the temple.
