YHWH, I have called on you. Come to me quickly! Listen to my voice when I call to you.


“If y’all ask, it will be given y’all. If y’all seek, y’all will find. If y’all knock, it will be opened for y’all.


He said to them, “Why are y’all fearful, y’all of little faith?” Then he got up and rebuked the wind and the sea, and there was a great calm.


As Jesus passed by from there, two blind men followed him, calling out, “Have mercy on us, Son of David!”


Woe to y’all legal experts! For y’all have taken away the key of knowledge. Y’all have not entered in, and y’all hindered those who were going in.”


Then Jesus told them a parable about the need to always pray and not give up.


People were also bringing their babies to Jesus so that he would touch them. But when the disciples saw this, they chided them.


Then he cried out, “Jesus, son of David, have mercy on me!”


So Jesus stopped and ordered that the man be brought to him. When he came near, Jesus asked him,


Some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to him, “Teacher, rebuke your disciples!”


While he was still speaking, someone from the synagogue official’s house came and said to him, “Your daughter is dead. Don’t trouble the Teacher anymore.”


I pleaded with the Lord three times about this, that it would leave me.
