To teach you truth, reliable words, to give sound answers to the ones who sent you?


but these have been written so that y’all may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing y’all may have life in his name.


He had been instructed in the way of the Lord, and with a fervent spirit, he spoke and taught accurately about Jesus, although he knew only the baptism of John.
