All the people answered together, and said, “All that YHWH has spoken we will do.” Moses reported the words of the people to YHWH.
Moses came and told the people all YHWH’s words, and all the ordinances, and all the people answered with one voice, and said, “Every word that YHWH has spoken will we do.”
He took the book of the covenant and read it in the hearing of the people, and they said, “We will do all that YHWH has said, and we will obey.”
Whether it is good, or whether it is bad, we will obey the voice of YHWH our God, to whom we send you, so that it may be well with us, when we obey the voice of YHWH our God.”
