We will not return to our houses until the children of Israel have all received their inheritance.
since y’all have not yet come to the rest and to the inheritance which YHWH your God is giving you.
We took their land, and gave it as an inheritance to the Reubenites, the Gadites, and the half-tribe of the Manassites.
until YHWH gives rest to y’all’s brothers as ʜᴇ has to y’all, and they too possess the land which YHWH y’all’s God is giving them beyond the Jordan. Then each of y’all may return to the own possession I have given y’all.”
For if Joshua had given them rest, he would not have spoken later about another day.

Moses the servant of YHWH and the children of Israel struck them. Moses the servant of YHWH gave it for a possession to the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the half-tribe of Manasseh.
Moses gave to the tribe of the children of Reuben according to their families.
With him the Reubenites and the Gadites received their inheritance, which Moses gave them, beyond the Jordan eastward, even as Moses the servant of YHWH gave them:
Y’all have not deserted y’all’s brothers this entire time up to this day, but have performed the duty of the commandment of YHWH y’all’s God.
