God said, “Who told you that you were naked? Did you eat from the tree that I commanded you not to eat from?”
Their eyes were opened, and they both knew that they were naked. They sewed fig leaves together and made coverings for themselves.
Therefore I am terrified at ʜɪꜱ presence. When I consider, I am afraid of ʜɪᴍ.
if like Adam I have covered my transgressions, by hiding my iniquity in my heart,

Now therefore, why should we die? For this great fire will consume us. If we hear YHWH our God’s voice any more, then we will die.
that if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart and knows all things.
“Look, I am coming like a thief. Blessed is the one who stays awake and keeps their clothes on, so that they don’t walk naked and have people see their shame.”
