Jesus sent Peter and John, saying, “Y’all Go and make preparations for us to eat the Passover.”
But the man from whom the demons had gone out begged him that he might go with him, but Jesus sent him away, saying,
It was winter, and Jesus was walking in the temple, in Solomon’s Colonnade.
When this sound occurred, the crowd came together and was bewildered, because everyone heard them speaking in their own language.
When Peter saw this, he addressed the people, “Fellow Israelites, why do y’all marvel at this? Why do y’all stare at us, as though we made this man walk by our own power or godliness?
When he saw Peter and John about to enter the temple, he asked to receive alms.
Peter, along with John, fixed his gaze on him and said, “Look at us.”
Many signs and wonders were done among the people by the hands of the apostles, and they were all together in one accord at Solomon’s Colonnade.
