Yes, you yourselves planned evil against me. God planned it for good, in order to bring about what it is this day—to preserve the lives of many people.


You set a boundary to the waters that they may not cross over, so they may not return to cover the earth.


“Because of the oppression of the poor, because of the groaning of the needy, now will I arise,” says Adonai. “I will put him in the safe place— he pants for it.”


God is in the midst of her, she will not be shaken. God will help her when morning dawns.


who establishes mountains by His power, being girded with might,


Arise, O God, judge the earth! For You possess all the nations.


Now I know that Adonai is greater than all gods, since they had acted arrogantly against them.”


But with righteousness He will judge the poor, and decide with fairness for the poor of the land. He will strike the land with the rod of His mouth, and with the breath of His lips He will slay the wicked.


And unless those days were cut short, no one would be delivered. But for the sake of the chosen, those days will be cut short.
