They return at evening, snarling like a dog, prowling about the city.


A clever person conceals his knowledge, but the heart of a fool blurts out folly.


Everyone shrewd acts with knowledge, but a fool flaunts folly.


A person has joy in an appropriate answer— how good is a timely word.


A righteous heart thinks before answering, but a wicked mouth blurts out evil things.


The lips of the wise spread knowledge, but not so the heart of fools.
