Long ago You founded the earth, the heavens are the work of Your hands.
It rises at one end of the heavens and makes its circuit to the other end. Nothing is hidden from its heat.
But I will not withdraw My lovingkindness from him, nor will I betray My faithfulness.
Every word of God is purified. He is a shield to those who take refuge in Him.
Then all the host of heaven will dissolve, and the skies will be rolled up like a scroll— so all their array will wither away, like a leaf drooping from a vine, like a fig shriveling from a fig tree.
The grass withers, the flower fades. But the word of our God stands forever.”
