From that time on, Yeshua began to show His disciples that He must go to Jerusalem and suffer many things from the elders and ruling kohanim and Torah scholars, and be killed, and be raised on the third day.
“You know that Passover comes in two days, and the Son of Man will be handed over to be executed.”
When daybreak came, the ruling kohanim and elders of the people conspired against Yeshua to put Him to death.
Then they said, “What further need do we have for testimony? For we have heard it ourselves from His own mouth!”
