Now let’s get up and go up to Beth-El so that I can make an altar there to God, who answered me in the day of my distress, and has been with me in the way that I have gone.”


At the end of 40 years Absalom said to the king, “Please let me go to Hebron and pay my vow which I have vowed to Adonai.


You will pray to Him and He will hear you, and you will fulfill your vows.


Let them sacrifice thank offerings and tell of His works with joyful singing.
