They open wide their mouths against me, like a tearing, roaring lion.
Many are the distresses of the righteous, but Adonai delivers him out of them all.
All my bones will say: “Adonai, who is like You, rescuing the poor from one too strong for him, the poor and needy from one who robs him?”
It is to be eaten inside a single house. You are not to carry the meat out of the house, nor are you to break any of its bones.
They are not to leave any of it until morning, or break any bones. When they celebrate Passover they are to observe all its regulations.
Now all this took place to fulfill what was spoken by Adonai through the prophet, saying,
