Surely there are mockers and mockery around me, and my eye dwells on their obstinacy, insults, and resistance.
Surely there are mockers with me, And mine eye dwelleth upon their provocation.
Surely mockers are with me, and my eye looks on their rebellion.

Bear with me as I speak, and after I have spoken, mock on.
Look, you have all seen this yourselves. Why then this meaningless talk?
His soul abides in goodness, and his offspring will inherit the land.
He who dwells in the shelter of Elyon, will abide in the shadow of Shaddai.
