Now it was after these things that the cupbearer and the baker of the king of Egypt offended their master, the king of Egypt.


In another three days Pharaoh will lift up your head—off of you—and will hang you on a tree. Then the birds will eat your flesh off of you.”


They said to him, “We dreamed a dream and there is no one to interpret it.” Then Joseph said to them, “Don’t interpretations belong to God? Please tell me.”


Then Joseph answered Pharaoh saying, “It’s not within me. God will answer with shalom for Pharaoh.”


So they hanged Haman on the gallows that he had prepared for Mordecai. Then the king’s rage subsided.


“The prophet who has a dream may recount a dream, but let the one who has My word speak My word in truth. For what is straw compared with wheat?” It is a declaration of Adonai.


But as for me, this mystery is not revealed to me because I posses more wisdom than any other living person, but in order that the king may know the interpretation and understand the thoughts of your heart.
