Then Adonai Elohim commanded the man saying, “From all the trees of the garden you are most welcome to eat.
As for you: take for yourself every kind of edible food and gather it to yourself. It will be food for you and for them.”
Every crawling thing that is alive will be food for you, as are the green plants—I have now given you everything.
He gives food to those who fear Him. He remembers His covenant forever.
The heavens are the heavens of Adonai, but the earth He gave to the children of men.
who executes justice for the oppressed, who gives bread to the hungry. Adonai sets the prisoners free.
