Now Peter was sitting outside in the courtyard, and a servant girl came to him and said, “Yoʋ also were with Jesus the Galilean.”


Now there were some present at that very time who told Jesus about the Galileans whose blood Pilate had mixed with their sacrifices.


But they kept insisting, “He stirs up the people, teaching throughout all Judea. He started from Galilee and has come even to this place.”


And when he found out that Jesus was under Herod's jurisdiction, he sent him over to Herod, who was also in Jerusalem in those days.


After this man, Judas the Galilean rose up in the days of the census and drew away many people after him. He also perished, and all his followers were scattered.
