So the man came into the house; and Laban ungirded the camels, and gave him straw and provender for the camels, and water to wash his feet and the feet of the men who were with him.


So he said, “I am Abraham's servant.


I have not departed from the commandment of his lips; I have treasured in my bosom the words of his mouth.


Do you see a man skilful in his work? he will stand before kings; he will not stand before obscure men.


Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work or thought or knowledge or wisdom in Sheol, to which you are going.


but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst; the water that I shall give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”


Those who have believing masters must not be disrespectful on the ground that they are brethren; rather they must serve all the better since those who benefit by their service are believers and beloved. Teach and urge these duties.


So he brought him into his house, and gave the asses provender; and they washed their feet, and ate and drank.
