And David spoke to the Lord the words of this song on the day when the Lord delivered him from the hand of all his enemies, and from the hand of Saul.


For I have not spoken on my own authority; the Father who sent me has himself given me commandment what to say and what to speak.


for I did not shrink from declaring to you the whole counsel of God.


So Moses continued to speak these words to all Israel.


For I know that after my death you will surely act corruptly, and turn aside from the way which I have commanded you; and in the days to come evil will befall you, because you will do what is evil in the sight of the Lord, provoking him to anger through the work of your hands.”
