Peace, peace, to the far and to the near, says the Lord; and I will heal him.


I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim and the war horse from Jerusalem; and the battle bow shall be cut off, and he shall command peace to the nations; his dominion shall be from sea to sea, and from the River to the ends of the earth.


You know the word which he sent to Israel, preaching good news of peace by Jesus Christ (he is Lord of all),


All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation;


And he came and preached peace to you who were far off and peace to those who were near;


“So I sent messengers from the wilderness of Kedemoth to Sihon the king of Heshbon, with words of peace, saying,


And if its answer to you is peace and it opens to you, then all the people who are found in it shall do forced labor for you and shall serve you.


And when the officers have make an end of speaking to the people, then commanders shall be appointed at the head of the people.
