In his days Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came up, and Jehoiakim became his servant three years; then he turned and rebelled against him.


The sons of Josiah: Johanan the first-born, the second Jehoiakim, the third Zedekiah, the fourth Shallum.


And all the people of Judah took Uzziah, who was sixteen years old, and made him king instead of his father Amaziah.


But the people of the land slew all those who had conspired against King Amon; and the people of the land made Josiah his son king in his stead.


and his acts, first and last, behold, they are written in the Book of the Kings of Israel and Judah.


Jehoahaz was twenty-three years old when he began to reign; and he reigned three months in Jerusalem.


For thus says the Lord concerning Shallum the son of Josiah, king of Judah, who reigned instead of Josiah his father, and who went away from this place: “He shall return here no more,
