But you have sustained me, because of my innocence, and you have confirmed me in your sight in eternity.

But thou hast upheld me by reason of my innocence: and hast established me in thy sight for ever.

But be not far, O Lord, my strength; haste to give help to me.

O Lord, thou my salvation art, haste to give help to me.

My wounds do stink, and are corrupt; my folly makes it so.

Be thou not far from me, my God: thy speedy help I crave.
