The word of truth out of my mouth take thou not utterly; For on thy judgments righteous my hope doth still rely.
And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; For I have hoped in thy judgments.
And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth, for I hope in Your ordinances.
And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; For I have hoped in thine ordinances.
Please don’t take your true word out of my mouth, because I have waited for your rules.
My shield and hiding-place thou art: I on thy word rely.
For fear of thee my very flesh doth tremble, all dismay'd; And of thy righteous judgments, Lord, my soul is much afraid.
The judgments of thy mouth each one my lips declared have:
I of the morning did prevent the dawning, and did cry: For all mine expectation did on thy word rely.
O let my soul live, and it shall give praises unto thee; And let thy judgments gracious be helpful unto me.
Thy judgments righteous, O Lord, which thou of old forth gave, I did remember, and myself by them comforted have.
So who thee fear shall joy to see me trusting in thy word.
My soul for thy salvation faints; yet I thy word believe.
Judge me, O God, and plead my cause against th' ungodly nation; From the unjust and crafty man, O be thou my salvation.
But to the wicked man God saith, My laws and truth Should'st thou declare? how dar'st thou take my cov'nant in thy mouth?
The Lord is by the judgment known which he himself hath wrought: The sinners' hands do make the snares wherewith themselves are caught.
For thou maintain'dst my right and cause; on throne sat'st judging right.
