I will bless those who bless you, and the one who curses you I will curse; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”


I will bless her, and moreover I will give you a son by her. I will bless her, and she shall give rise to nations; kings of peoples shall come from her.”


and your offspring shall be like the dust of the earth, and you shall spread abroad to the west and to the east and to the north and to the south; and all the families of the earth shall be blessed in you and in your offspring.


The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor the ruler's staff from between his feet, until tribute comes to him; and the obedience of the peoples is his.


Ask of me, and I will make the nations your heritage, and the ends of the earth your possession.


May all kings fall down before him, all nations give him service.


And we bring you the good news that what God promised to our ancestors


and likewise the ancestor of the circumcised who are not only circumcised but who also follow the example of the faith that our ancestor Abraham had before he was circumcised.


This means that it is not the children of the flesh who are the children of God, but the children of the promise are counted as descendants.


And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's offspring, heirs according to the promise.


By faith Noah, warned by God about events as yet unseen, respected the warning and built an ark to save his household; by this he condemned the world and became an heir to the righteousness that is in accordance with faith.


But this man, who does not belong to their ancestry, collected tithes from Abraham and blessed him who had received the promises.
