On that day the deaf shall hear the words of a scroll, and out of their gloom and darkness the eyes of the blind shall see.


Then the eyes of those who have sight will not be closed, and the ears of those who have hearing will listen.


He took the blind man by the hand and led him out of the village; and when he had put saliva on his eyes and laid his hands on him, he asked him, “Can you see anything?”


Then Jesus laid his hands on his eyes again; and he looked intently and his sight was restored, and he saw everything clearly.


And when Gaal saw them, he said to Zebul, “Look, people are coming down from the mountain tops!” And Zebul said to him, “The shadows on the mountains look like people to you.”
