As he was walking along, he saw Levi son of Alphaeus sitting at the tax booth, and he said to him, “Follow me.” And he got up and followed him.

After this he went out and saw a tax collector named Levi, sitting at the tax booth; and he said to him, “Follow me.”

After they finished speaking, James replied, “My brothers, listen to me.
