And now, O Lord God, you are God, and your words are true, and you have promised this good thing to your servant;


Through your precepts I get understanding; therefore I hate every false way.


I treasure your word in my heart, so that I may not sin against you.


Your decrees are righteous forever; give me understanding that I may live.


The sum of your word is truth; and every one of your righteous ordinances endures forever.


How can young people keep their way pure? By guarding it according to your word.


The promises of the Lord are promises that are pure, silver refined in a furnace on the ground, purified seven times.


“Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.


But as for that in the good soil, these are the ones who, when they hear the word, hold it fast in an honest and good heart, and bear fruit with patient endurance.
