You should rather open your hand, willingly lending enough to meet the need, whatever it may be.


Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God.


How does God's love abide in anyone who has the world's goods and sees a brother or sister in need and yet refuses help?
