And when he had considered the thing, he came to the house of Mary the mother of John, whose surname was Mark; where many were gathered together praying.


And Barnabas and Saul returned from Jerusalem, when they had fulfilled their ministry, and took with them John, whose surname was Mark.


Now when Paul and his company loosed from Paphos, they came to Perga in Pamphyl´i-a: and John departing from them returned to Jerusalem.


And the whole city was filled with confusion: and having caught Gai´us and Aristar´chus, men of Macedo´nia, Paul's companions in travel, they rushed with one accord into the theater.


And entering into a ship of Adramyt´ti-um, we launched, meaning to sail by the coasts of Asia; one Aristar´chus, a Macedo´nian of Thessaloni´ca, being with us.


Whether any do inquire of Titus, he is my partner and fellow helper concerning you: or our brethren be inquired of, they are the messengers of the churches, and the glory of Christ.


Yet I supposed it necessary to send to you Epaphrodi´tus, my brother, and companion in labor, and fellow soldier, but your messenger, and he that ministered to my wants.


And I entreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which labored with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellow laborers, whose names are in the book of life.


Aristar´chus my fellow prisoner saluteth you, and Mark, sister's son to Barnabas, (touching whom ye received commandments: if he come unto you, receive him;)


Luke, the beloved physician, and Demas, greet you.


The church that is at Babylon, elected together with you, saluteth you; and so doth Mark my son.


We therefore ought to receive such, that we might be fellow helpers to the truth.
