Unto the sons of Gershom were given, out of the family of the half tribe of Manas´seh, Golan in Bashan with her suburbs, and Ash´taroth with her suburbs:
after he had slain Sihon the king of the Amorites, which dwelt in Heshbon, and Og the king of Bashan, which dwelt at Ash´taroth in Ed´re-i:
namely, Bezer in the wilderness, in the plain country, of the Reubenites; and Ramoth in Gil´e-ad, of the Gadites; and Golan in Bashan, of the Manas´sites.
And on the other side Jordan by Jericho eastward, they assigned Bezer in the wilderness upon the plain out of the tribe of Reuben, and Ramoth in Gil´e-ad out of the tribe of Gad, and Golan in Bashan out of the tribe of Manas´seh.
All the cities were ten with their suburbs for the families of the children of Kohath that remained.
And out of the tribe of Is´sachar, Kishon with her suburbs, Dab´erath with her suburbs,
And the children of Gershon had by lot out of the families of the tribe of Is´sachar, and out of the tribe of Asher, and out of the tribe of Naph´tali, and out of the half tribe of Manas´seh in Bashan, thirteen cities.
