Ish–bo´sheth Saul's son was forty years old when he began to reign over Israel, and reigned two years. But the house of Judah followed David.

And the border of the children of E´phra-im according to their families was thus: even the border of their inheritance on the east side was At´aroth–ad´dar, unto Beth–ho´ron the upper;
The border went out from Tap´pu-ah westward unto the river Kanah; and the goings out thereof were at the sea. This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of E´phra-im by their families.
And the separate cities for the children of E´phra-im were among the inheritance of the children of Manas´seh, all the cities with their villages.
